Review for creative test video:
This video started with a creativity question:
The patient has tumors and you cannot have surgery on him.
Ray guns would be a good way to solve the issue. However, with high intensity, it can hurt the health tissue, with low intensity, it cannot kill the tumor.
A ‘creative’ solution would be using 10 ray guns, with an intensity of 10% for every ray gun. In this case, the intensity would be high enough to kill the tumor while not doing so much hurt to the healthy tissues.
The video highlighted that creativity is one of the top leadership qualities, and it suggested that there are three ways to improve the creativity:
Don’t be too fixed, be relax. You can broaden your attention, and take a break when stuck.
Take more risks
Sleep on it. Take a nap when you are stuck.
